Team socialsRole purpose: An exciting new opportunity has arisen, and the role will be in the Case Management Team providing admin/pa support to the business's Financial Advisers and wider business. Build client relationships and their experience of being a client.CM Team is the centre of all client interaction and experience working closely in tangent with the financial advisers.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Proactive monitoring and management on all client cases from start to finish with the aim of achieving efficient start to finish processs that contribute to internal process and external client experience.Regular direct client updates of ongoing cases (business, death cases and any other complex admin request such as DOA/Stock transfers).Weekly scheduled adviser meetings running through pre agreed CM Team Meeting agenda to ensure all areas are coveredManaging sign-ups ownership - Booking & Chasing sign-ups to ensure they are booked in as soon as possibleSign up packs for businessSending and monitoring of TT forms for new business payment, chasing of payments in a timely manner to ensure funds come across to the company promptlyNew business basics pack check/prep and pass through to PP team, ensuring basic information is in fileFluid updating when required for case updates in statusWorking with Paraplanner to ensure all relevant info from advisers is obtained and supporting them with any chasing of outstanding documents with clients and advisersCreation of Salesforce and Ibusiness records for all new clients, companies, trusts and trusteesHMRC follow ups for Trust registrationCompletion of Corporate & Trust AML/ID for businessWelcome calls to all new clients/bio & prep of welcome pack sendingAd hoc client actions/requests post client Annual review meetingsTimely Death case managementMonthly active Management of expiring prospectsWithdrawals taking instruction and completion of withdrawals keeping client up to date throughout entire processComplex tasks completion DOA/Stock transfersActive Adviser Inbox management keeping on top of adviser incoming emails, dealing with what can be dealt with by the admin team.Analytics on request from AdviserFull client updates are kept up to date and always recorded by client contact recordAnswering of incoming office callsSupporting with other office ad hoc projects and resourceProtection application keying on of applicationPerson Specification:Genuine interest in Financial ServicesConfident phone manner and dealing with clientsKeen to develop and learnHigh level of attention to detailHighly organised and works with a proactive attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent IT SkillsApproaches work positively with a can-do attitude and take responsibility for own tasksManages time effectively and can work within set timescalesWorks well as an individual and as part of a large teamThis is a great opportunity to join a lovely and rewarding organisation, and prior experience in the industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
