Operations CoordinatorLocation: Abingdon, OxfordshireSalary: £30,000£35,000 per annum (DOE)Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PMWe are recruiting for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy heating and gas engineering team based in Abingdon.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong scheduling, administration, and coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping operations running efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of Gas EngineersBook jobs and allocate work efficiently across the engineering teamAct as the main point of contact between engineers and office operationsManage job progress and ensure works are completed within agreed timeframesRaise and process invoices accurately and in a timely mannerUpdate internal systems and maintain accurate job recordsHandle customer communications regarding appointments and service updatesSupport planning and resource allocation for service and maintenance worksMonitor engineer productivity and assist with operational reportingEnsure all administration relating to gas engineering works is completed correctlyRequirements: Previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Scheduler, Service Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar roleExperience coordinating engineers, trades, or field-based teams is highly desirableStrong administration and invoicing experienceExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressureConfident communicator with strong customer service skillsGood IT skills and experience using scheduling or job management systemsKnowledge of heating, plumbing, gas, or engineering environments would be advantageousWhats on Offer: Competitive salary of £30,000£35,000 DOEMonday to Friday working hours no weekendsSupportive and professional working environmentOpportunity to play a key role within a growing operations teamIf you enjoy coordinating teams, keeping schedules on track, and ensuring operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
