Import Operator

We are offering a unique opportunity to join our fantastic team of Import Operators who deal with the entire life cycle of the freight forwarding process via Sea, Air & Road for our key customers.Candidates must have some Freight Forwarding experience and be able to demonstrate their willingness to learn and be keen to develop a long-term career.The Role: As a Freight Forwarding operator, you will be responsible for the following:- Managing the whole shipping process from start to finish- Arranging CDS Customs Clearances- Handling Container & Groupage Deliveries- Booking shipments with overseas agents- Arranging documentation and ensuring customs procedures are followed- Tracking shipments to ensure goods get delivered safely and on time- Offering a high level of Customer servicePreferred Criteria- At least 3 years experience in Imports as a Freight Forwarder- Extensive knowledge of Imports via Sea, Air & Road- CDS Customs clearance knowledge & experience in sending entries- Excellent communication skills- Positive personality- Must be able to work well under pressure & multi-task- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)- Team PlayerTPBN1_UKTJ
