Support Worker Complex Needs?? Location: Guildford (GU1)?? Pay: £14.25 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)?? Contract: 8 Weeks?? Shifts: Rotating day shifts (7:15am4:15pm & 12:15pm8:15pm) plus weekend shifts (8:00am8:00pm)We are looking for an experienced Complex Needs Housing Case Worker to join a 47-bed homelessness hostel supporting individuals with complex needs to rebuild their lives and move into independent accommodation.This is not a care role . You'll provide person-centred casework, helping residents overcome barriers, develop independent living skills, and access the support they need to achieve positive outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Managing a caseload and delivering tailored support plansSupporting residents with substance misuse, mental health needs, and complex behavioursWorking closely with external agencies, including mental health, substance misuse, and social care servicesCompleting risk assessments, safeguarding, and case recordsSupporting residents with housing, benefits, budgeting, and move-on plansWe're looking for someone with:Experience working in homelessness, supported housing, or a similar environmentKnowledge of complex needs, mental health, and substance misuseExperience creating and managing support plansStrong safeguarding, risk management, and multi-agency working skillsThe confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environmentIf you're passionate about supporting vulnerable adults and have the experience to make an immediate impact, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
