Manpower is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our onsite team, supporting a leading global consumer goods organisation within a fast-paced logistics environment. As Manpower's dedicated onsite representative, you will act as the key link between our client and contingent workforce, providing day-to-day operational support, driving workforce engagement, and ensuring fulfilment and service excellence. This is a standalone role suited to someone who thrives on building strong relationships, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and associates.Role PurposeWe're looking for a hands-on Delivery Consultant to provide daily onsite support, workforce engagement and fulfilment for a major national logistics client. You'll be the visible point of contact for both the client and the workforce, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong communication and consistent delivery of KPIs and SLAs.Our client is a FTSE-listed multinational consumer goods organisation with a strong presence across health, wellness, household, and personal care categories.As the sole on-site representative, you will provide dedicated support to both the client and workers, overseeing workforce engagement, addressing queries, coordinating activities, and fostering a collaborative working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce Engagement & Onsite SupportBe the primary onsite contact for associates, maintaining strong daily visibility.Build trusted relationships to support engagement, welfare and retention.Handle attendance issues, welfare concerns and ER matters (RTWIs, investigations, grievances).Promote a positive safety culture.FulfilmentDeliver or support site inductions and onboarding.Work with the central recruitment team to maintain a strong, compliant talent pipeline.Identify and escalate issues affecting fulfilment (e.g., skill gaps, attendance patterns).Support monitoring of driver compliance (WTD, licence checks, shift patterns).Client Engagement & Operational SupportMaintain strong relationships with Managers and site leadership.Provide updates on workforce sentiment, risk areas and operational pressures.Escalate wellbeing and safety concerns.Contribute to continuous improvement and consistent service delivery.Administration & ReportingSupport payroll accuracy and timely submission.Maintain accurate workforce and ER records.Produce basic MI on attendance, performance and retention.Ensure compliance with client processes and safety standards.Skills & ExperienceStrong people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Confident handling sensitive conversations and resolving issues at pace.Highly organised with good attention to detail.Resilient, adaptable and effective in fast-paced operational environments.Experience in driving, logistics or industrial recruitment strongly desirable .What's In It for YouSalary up to £28,000 + quarterly bonuses24 Day's holiday (rising to 27) + birthday off, plus option to buy morePrivate medical, dental and wellbeing benefitsPension with increasing contributionsEarly-finish Fridays, volunteering days & exclusive discountsSupportive, inclusive culture focused on developmentAbout ManpowerManpower is a global leader in contingent staffing and permanent recruitment, helping businesses stay agile in an ever-changing world.
