HR Advisor - Food Manufacturing – Hull - £35,000Not every HR role gives you the chance to help shape a team.Some are about keeping the wheels turning.This one is about helping build something better.You'll be joining a newly formed HR team with a clear goal: raise the profile of HR across the business and become genuine partners to managers, not just the people they call when something's gone wrong.The roleYou'll be providing hands-on, generalist HR support across a busy manufacturing site, working closely with managers to solve problems, develop people, and improve the employee experience.No two days will look the same.You could be coaching a manager through a difficult conversation in the morning, supporting recruitment after lunch, and wrapping up an employee relations case before you head home.Advising managers on all aspects of HR and employment lawManaging investigations, disciplinary and grievance casesCoaching managers to build confidence in people managementSupporting recruitment and onboarding activityReviewing and updating HR policiesAssisting with payroll and HR administrationSupporting HR audits and complianceHelping drive a positive, people-first culture across the siteWhat they're looking forPrevious HR Advisor or HR generalist experienceConfident managing employee relations casesGood knowledge of UK employment lawCIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it)Manufacturing experience would be a real advantageSomeone who can build relationships, influence managers and isn't afraid to have honest conversationsIf you're looking for a role where HR is seen as more than just policies and paperwork, this is well worth a conversation.TPBN1_UKTJ
