Recruitment Branch Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows recruitment, loves building strong relationships and has the leadership skills to inspire a team and drive continued growth.You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, taking ownership of branch performance while developing a high-performing team and strengthening relationships with clients and candidates.What you'll be doing As Branch Manager, you'll take responsibility for the overall performance, development and growth of our Rugby branch.You'll lead from the front, combining your recruitment expertise with commercial thinking and strong leadership to help the branch achieve its goals.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating and developing a team of recruitment consultantsDriving branch performance against revenue and growth targetsIdentifying and developing new business opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term client relationshipsOverseeing the full recruitment lifecycle across your sector(s)Monitoring KPIs and using performance data to identify opportunities for growthSupporting your team to deliver an exceptional service to clients and candidatesEnsuring compliance with company policies and industry regulationsCreating a positive, collaborative and high-performing branch cultureAbout you We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional who is ready to lead, develop and make a difference.You'll be a confident communicator with a proven ability to build relationships, develop business and get the best out of those around you.Ideally, you'll have:Previous experience in recruitment, ideally at Senior Consultant or Management levelA proven track record of business development and client relationship managementExperience leading, coaching or developing a recruitment teamA commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, growth and profitabilityStrong communication, organisational and leadership skillsThe ability to motivate and inspire othersA genuine passion for recruitment and delivering great resultsWhat's in it for you?
