As our next Keyholder, youll bring your unique skills to the table and help us create the magic that keeps the world sweet.Your day-to-day will involve:Delivering exceptional customer service and bringing the HARIBO brand to life in storeOpening and closing the store, ensuring security and operational standards are metProcessing cash and card payments accurately at the tillMaintaining high retail standards through replenishment, pricing and visual presentationSupporting stock control, food hygiene and Health & Safety complianceDo you have the right ingredients?Previous retail and managerial experience (this is a must!)Experience handling cash and card transactionsA friendly, confident and customer-focused approachStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work weekdays, weekends and keyholder shiftsA passion for HARIBO; our values, brand and customersOnline retail experience is beneficial but not essentialThe extra sweet stuff-Seasonal events provided by Haribo to all colleagues and immediate family-Volunteering days to support the local community-20% discount in our storesThe Secret Ingredient: Our CultureAt HARIBO, were more than just a sweets companywere a family-run business with a passion for creating moments of childlike happiness.
