Based in Bristol, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy Service Centre, leading all aspects of aftersales and service delivery while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and commercial success.What You'll Be Doing As Regional Service Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day service and aftersales operation, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, technical quality, and customer experience.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a team of technicians and service professionalsDriving service centre productivity, utilisation, and profitabilityDelivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationshipsManaging service centre budgets, overheads, and performance targetsSupporting workshop planning and job prioritisationProviding technical support on complex repairs and maintenance activitiesOverseeing parts stock management across the depot and field engineersDriving improvements in First-Time Fix rates and overall service performanceIdentifying training and development needs within the teamConducting performance reviews, workforce planning, and holiday approvalsManaging service contracts and ensuring excellent aftersales deliveryAbout You We're keen to speak with candidates who have:Proven experience in a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, or Service Operations leadership roleStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management skillsA background within special purpose vehicles, plant equipment, HGV, manual handling, or a related engineering sectorExcellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilitiesCommercial awareness with experience managing budgets and service performanceSAP experience (desirable)A full UK driving licenceWhy Apply?
