The salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience.As the Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day sales and marketing function. You will be responsible for answering telephone calls, responding to customer service and marketing emails, monitoring and managing social media accounts, and engaging with customers through social media messaging. You'll liaise with influencers, PR contacts and stockists to build strong relationships and increase brand awareness, while feeding back sales performance and customer insights to the directors.
