We provide a home for young people to enable them to feel safe and offer support and guidance to help the young people in our care to reach their full potential and thrive in life.We currently have vacancies for Residential Support Workers across Nottingham & Derby on a full time/part time/ casual basis.If you are looking for a new role with a vibrant company who invest in our staff team as well as the young people we work with, please get in touch.We are ideally looking for candidates with the following, however we will also consider people who have had relevant life experience and are willing to learn :At least 1 year experience of working with young people or in a residential setting essentialFull training and support provided for the right candidate.Hours of support are: 8am - 10pm and sleeps in.We can be flexible too and offer shifts from 9 am - 5pm & 5pm -10pm and sleep.9am 4.30 PM exclusively just Day shift/ support worker6.30 PM (Sleep on site) 9am Evening shift/ support workerWe offer both part time and full time.Wages are £12.90 per hour, sleep-ins will be paid £40 - £60 dependent on experience per night.Company health care cover provided for all staff.TPBN1_UKTJ
