Our expert workshop teams provide professional servicing and repairs, ensuring we support our customers at every stage of their cycling journey.Passionate about cycling and committed to excellence, were always looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team and help deliver the outstanding experience our customers have come to expect.Join the Team at Leisure Lakes Bikes DaventryAre you passionate about cycling and ready to take the next step in your retail management career?We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the team.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing a long standing location, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.The Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, commercial performance, and team development.Your responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating, and developing the teamDriving sales and achieving performance targetsDelivering outstanding customer service and product expertiseManaging stock levels, merchandising, and product availabilityOverseeing workshop bookings and service standardsMaintaining excellent relationships with the accounts office, management and colleaguesRecruiting, training, and coaching team membersEnsuring company policies and procedures are followedManaging rotas, staffing levels, and day-to-day operationsMonitoring key performance indicators and implementing action plans where requiredStore Manager - What Were Looking For We are seeking an individual who is: Passionate about cycling and the cycling industryAn experienced retail manager or supervisor with proven leadership skillsCommercially aware with a track record of achieving sales targetsCustomer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional serviceOrganised, proactive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComputer literate and confident using retail systemsAn effective communicator with strong interpersonal skillsPrevious experience within the cycling industry would be advantageous, although strong retail management experience from a similar environment will also be considered.
