Were looking for a Retail Territory Manager to join our UK I team and play a key role in supporting customers, protecting CHEP assets, and driving service excellence.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, solving problems, and influencing positive behaviours across a diverse customer base.What youll be doingCustomer relationship management - building trusted partnerships and educating customers on CHEP processesData driven customer visits triggered by asset performance insightsIdentifying misuse and recovery opportunities to protect and improve asset productivityTraining and influencing customers to ensure correct asset handling and service complianceUsing reports and digital tools to complete root cause analysis and drive performance improvementsCollaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and collection performanceWhat youll bringA f ull UK driving licence2+ years experience in a customer facing or field based role2+ years experience in Customer Service or Account Management within a service led or FMCG environmentStrong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and spot trendsA people focused approach with confidence in influencing and problem solvingWhy Join Us???
