High-performing individuals are rewarded, and collaboration, pride in work, and innovation are at the heart of everything they do.Why Join This BusinessCompany and role stability the business has recently increased turnover by 25% and they continue to grow.A future proofed industry, with global supply.Enhanced company pension contribution.Above average holiday allowance.Electronic Design Engineer Role OverviewReporting to the Engineering Manager, the Electronic Design Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of electronic system design, ensuring designs are robust and developed to a high quality and standard.Covering the whole spectrum from concept to production across the entire range of products this role will focus on new product development and include a variety of short and long-term projects.Electronic Design Engineer Hours, Pay and Benefits£40,000 - £45,00037 hours per week, 8:00am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, with a 1pm finish on Fridays (this is a full-time in office role)Benefits include: above average employer pension contribution of 6.5%, above average holiday allowance of 26 days plus bank holidays, 3 x salary life assurance, company bonus (first £3,000 is tax-free).This Role is Commutable From: Nottingham, Derby, Burton upon Trent, Coalville, LoughboroughElectronic Design Engineer Candidate RequirementsElectrical/Electronic Engineering degree.At least five years analogue & digital electronics and low power design experience.Proficient at electronic circuit design including schematic capture & PCB layout.Knowledge of microcontrollers, ADCs, DACs & communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI & USB.Experience of real-time firmware, preferably with C++.Strong problem-solving ability and critical thinking.Able to meet deadlines and motivated to deliver project goals.Committed and driven to work to high quality and performance standards.Familiarity with MRP systems (eg.
