With experienced leadership already in place, you'll become one of the key senior members of the founding team.The RoleAs Team Leader, you will:Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the homeAct as a positive role model for Residential Support WorkersPromote safeguarding and high-quality careSupport children with their daily routines, education and independenceComplete key working responsibilities and accurate recordsHelp create a warm, therapeutic and child-focused homeParticipate in sleep-ins as part of the rotaAbout YouYou'll ideally have:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)At least one year's experience within children's residential careExcellent communication and leadership skillsA caring, resilient and positive attitudeFull UK Driving LicenceFull right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)Ability to commute locally to OldburyAt RJS Resourcing, we partner with values-driven children's home providers across the UK and work on a continuous stream of exciting opportunities within residential childcare.
