At Prestige Nursing & Care Blackpool, we're looking for a compassionate, organised & proactive Care Planner to join our office team.Care Planner - Prestige Nursing & Care BlackpoolFull-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (plus on-call rota)Contract: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 30 min unpaid lunch)Location: Prestige Nursing BlackpoolOn-Call - (1 weeknight + equivalent of 1 weekend in 4)Total Salary Package: £28,840 (DOE)Additional Hours: £13.29/hour (outside contracted duties)Review: Full pay/package review at successful 6-month probation point*Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required*Applicants MUST have previous experience in a Care Planner or Coordinator position.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking individuals who are confident communicators, fast learners and passionate about supporting others.
