This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service, supporting a busy team, and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of obtaining medical evidence and medical records.In this role, you will lead the Medicals team, ensuring that all instructions, requests, and communications are managed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with GDPR requirements and internal service level agreements (SLAs). Working closely with the Head of Medical Operations, you will serve as the primary point of support for the team, providing guidance on complex queries, driving process improvements, and maintaining high standards of service, quality, and operational excellence across the department.Key Responsibilities:Supervising the Medicals team and supporting day-to-day workflowLead and motivate the Medicals team, ensuring high levels of engagement and productivityEnsuring all medical instructions are completed accurately and within SLAOverseeing the request and processing of medical records in line with GDPR and internal proceduresEnsuring records are securely and promptly sent to medical experts for reviewSupporting team members with queries and providing guidance where neededMonitoring performance, identifying training needs and helping to develop the teamLiaising with file handlers, clients and medical agencies to resolve issues efficientlyHelping to improve processes and drive continuous improvement within the teamAbout You:Strong organisational and leadership skillsConfident using systems and managing administrative processesAbility to prioritise workload and support a team working to deadlinesExcellent communication and customer service skillsPrevious supervisory experience is preferredExperience within a medical, legal or administrative environment would be beneficialCompany Values:Were a collaboration of companies established in 2006 working towards and guaranteeing the same goal.
