Full Time | Office Based | Competitive Salary + BenefitsbWGM is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Projects team, delivering complex projects safely, on time and within budget.This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional with experience within construction, utilities, water, civil engineering or infrastructure environments who enjoys leading projects from inception through to final handover.As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, managing programme delivery, client relationships, resources, commercial performance and HSEQ standards while ensuring successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities Lead projects through the full lifecycle from bid stage through design, delivery and final handoverDevelop and manage detailed project plans, budgets and programmesEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time and to required quality standardsBuild strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, design teams and internal stakeholdersManage project risks and identify opportunities to improve deliveryOversee Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) compliance across projectsSupport tendering activities including pricing reviews and supplier engagementCoordinate internal resources, subcontractors and supply chain partnersMonitor project progress and provide reporting to senior leadership teamsSupport commissioning, handover and final acceptance activitiesContribute to resource planning and project workload forecastingUndertake Temporary Works Coordinator duties where requiredAbout You We are looking for someone who brings:HND, Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Engineering or related disciplineBackground within Civil, Mechanical and/or Electrical EngineeringStrong understanding of construction management processes and project delivery methodologiesExperience working under NEC contractsExcellent project planning and programme management skillsStrong stakeholder and client management capabilityExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyFull UK Driving LicenceWhy Join bWGM?
