This dynamic and growing team is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a passion for high-tech solutions and exceptional client service.Your Role As a key member of the team, you will independently manage a diverse caseload, including:Leasehold and freehold transactionsRegistered and unregistered property mattersSales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgagesYoull play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client journey, progressing matters efficiently while maintaining impeccable file organisation.Skills & Experience Required To thrive in this role, the following skills and experience are essential:Qualified professional (CILEx, SRA, or CLC) with at least 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)Proven ability to independently manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completionProficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenResults-driven approach with the ability to meet billing targetsThe successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident handling complex transactions.
