Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract / Estimating)Location: London / Essex (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £73,000 + Outstanding BenefitsWe're recruiting on behalf of a leading Train Operating Company looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support a major programme of station redevelopment and asset investment across its rail network.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its infrastructure, with a long-term pipeline of work and one of the strongest benefits packages you'll find in the rail industry.Unlike many Quantity Surveying positions, this role has a real focus on pre-contract commercial management and estimating .
