As they continue to invest in their people strategy, they're looking for a confident, commercially-minded HR Business Partner to lead HR Business Partnering across four offices in the.This is a senior-level, Partner-facing role. You'll work directly with Staff Partners, Heads of Office and senior leadership teams, shaping and delivering people strategies that are genuinely aligned to business priorities not sitting on the sidelines of it.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Partner directly with senior Partners and leadership teams across four regional offices, understanding each client group's strategic drivers and ways of working to shape a tailored people strategyLead change management interventions and deliver holistic, user-centric people solutions, working closely with subject matter experts across and beyond the HR functionOwn talent management strategy for your client groups, aligning local activity with the firm's broader talent programmesStay close to the full employee lifecycle across your portfolio recruitment, promotions, the firm's structured partnership pathway, and escalated ER casesPartner with the business and internal People teams on salary reviewsRepresent your portfolio on relevant firm-wide groups, bringing insight, ideas and solutions to the tableUse data and evidence rather than personal bias to assess engagement, identify trends and inform both tactical and strategic decisionsShare learnings and collaborate across the wider People team, contributing to broader people projects where relevantThe Role Requires:Demonstrable experience in HR business partnering within people-centred organisations; professional services experience is advantageousStrong track record of planning, managing and organising resources to meet objectivesSolid knowledge of employment law, technical HR requirements and industry best practiceSkilled at interpreting complex, sometimes ambiguous requirements and translating them into practical solutionsProven ability to influence and shift the thinking and behaviour of senior stakeholders, including at Partner levelA natural relationship-builder who can balance the needs of multiple stakeholders at onceComfortable holding yourself and others to account, with a reputation for delivering on commitmentsCIPD chartered (or equivalent) preferredWhy apply?A genuinely senior, strategic HRBP role with real Partner-level influenceA varied, multi-site portfolio spanning four officesA collaborative, values-led culture that invests seriously in its peopleThe opportunity to shape and lead change across a growing people functionLocation: Based in Bristol, with frequent travel to other offices across the region.TPBN1_UKTJ
