We are working with a well-known, large retail organisation that requires additional support to manage a high volume of complex ER cases during a particularly busy period.This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced HR team where you will make an immediate impact, handling a varied ER caseload and partnering with managers to deliver pragmatic, commercial advice.The RoleManaging a high volume of employee relations cases from start to finish.Advising and coaching managers on ER best practice and employment legislation.Supporting a range of cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence management and investigations.Ensuring cases are handled efficiently, consistently and in line with company policy.Working closely with the wider HR team to help reduce the existing ER backlog.About YouProven experience managing high-volume employee relations cases in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of UK employment law.Confident influencing and coaching managers at all levels.Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.Retail or other high-volume, customer-facing industry experience is highly desirable.Available to start immediately.What's on Offer?1-2 month contractUp to £257 per day plus holiday paySouth London locationHybrid working - 3 days per week in the officeOpportunity to join a supportive HR team within a leading retail business and make an immediate impact.If you're an experienced ER professional available at short notice and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
