Project / Installation ManagerLuxury Kitchens, Bathrooms & Bespoke InteriorsColchester & Cambridge (covering Essex, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas)£45,000 + Vehicle Allowance + BenefitsDesigner Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading luxury kitchen, bathroom and bespoke interiors company in their search for an experienced Project / Installation Manager.Our client delivers exceptional high-end residential projects, combining outstanding design, premium products and meticulous installation standards. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a construction-focused Project Manager to oversee projects from technical handover through to successful completion.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has progressed from a practical construction background and enjoys managing multiple trades, coordinating installations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.The RoleReporting to the Operations Director, you will take ownership of luxury residential kitchen, bathroom and interior projects throughout the installation phase.Working closely with designers, installers, suppliers, subcontractors and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest standards of quality.The position combines project management, site management and customer relationship management, requiring someone who is organised, technically minded and confident managing multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementManage multiple live projects simultaneouslyReview project documentation following technical handoverProduce and maintain installation programmesCoordinate project timelines and monitor progressIdentify risks and proactively resolve issuesSite & Installation ManagementConduct pre-installation site surveysManage installation teams and specialist subcontractorsCoordinate deliveries, labour and site logisticsCarry out regular site visits and quality inspectionsResolve technical and construction issues as they ariseEnsure installations are completed to company standardsClient ManagementAct as the primary point of contact throughout the installation processBuild strong relationships with private residential clientsProvide regular project updatesManage expectations and resolve concerns professionallyDeliver an exceptional customer experienceQuality & ComplianceMonitor workmanship throughout installationsManage snagging and remedial worksComplete final inspections and client sign-offPromote health and safety best practice across all projectsAbout YouTo be considered for this position, you will have:A strong construction or site-based backgroundExperience managing residential refurbishment, fit-out or installation projectsA good understanding of multiple trades including carpentry, joinery, plumbing and electrical coordinationExperience managing subcontractors, installers and suppliersStrong organisational and communication skillsThe ability to read technical drawingsA full UK driving licenceExperience within luxury residential projects, high-end kitchens, bathrooms or bespoke interiors would be highly advantageous.Package£45,000 basic salaryVehicle allowance or mileage contributionCompany phone and iPadPension schemePaid holidayOngoing training and developmentOpportunity to work on some of the region's finest luxury residential projectsIf you have a strong construction background and enjoy delivering exceptional projects from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.Designer Recruitment are the representative for this vacancyTPBN1_UKTJ
