Senior Quality Technician Fixed Term Maternity Cover 13 months We're on the lookout for a Senior Quality Technician who thrives on solving problems, spotting the details others miss and making a real difference every day.In this hands-on role, you'll be at the heart of our quality teaminvestigating issues, supporting production, maintaining the highest standards and helping to ensure we deliver quality our customers can rely on.Whether you're looking for part-time hours with flexibility around the days you work , or you'd prefer full-time hours , we're happy to consider the working pattern that suits you.What you'll receive Up to £18.15 per hour (depending on experience)Work your way choose 30 hours per week with flexibility around the days you work , or opt for full-time hours if that suits you better.25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata), including Christmas shutdownCompany pension (5% employee / 3% employer contributions)Free on-site parkingWhat you'll be doing As part oftheirQuality team, you'll:Investigate product and process non-conformitiesSupportRoot Cause Analysis and support effective corrective and preventive actionsAnalyse quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesSupport with internal and external auditsWork closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Customer Service to resolve quality issuesMaintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with our Integrated Management SystemWhat we're looking for You'll ideally have:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work confidently across multiple teamsExperience analysing data and identifying trendsGood Microsoft Excel skillsIt would be great if you also have experience with: Quality Engineering or a similar quality-focused roleISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)8D problem solvingCAPA processesElectronics manufacturingHIT "APPLY NOW"TPBN1_UKTJ
