Brownbill Case Management has been established since 1992 and exists to deliver an outstanding case management service to children, young people and adults who have enduring and complex health conditions and injuries.As part of the Active Care Group (ACG) Case Management Division, Brownbill Case Management Services (BAL) provides a specialist case management service primarily for individuals who have been affected by brain injury, spinal cord injury, Cerebral Palsy, complex orthopaedic injuries and amputation. We work across the Midlands, London and Home Counties, and South East regions.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Clinical Lead to provide excellent clinical leadership across Brownbill Case Management. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care to clients with complex needs.Working closely with the Brand Director and Senior Leadership Team, you will shape clinical strategy, drive service quality, and support the ongoing development of our case management provision.What you'll be working:Below are our standard working hours but if you are looking for different working hours please feel free to talk to us and we will be as flexible we can around the needs of the service.Monday to Friday35 hours per weekHybrid role with travel to the Thame, Oxfordshire office on a weekly basisAdditional travel will be required to other regional offices and to meet the needs of the roleKey ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & Governance Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and support to case managersEnsure high standards of evidence-based and person-centred practiceLead on complex case reviews, safeguarding, and risk managementMaintain strong clinical governance and quality assurance processesTeam Leadership & Development Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of case managersDeliver supervision, appraisals, and ongoing performance supportEmbed BABICM competencies and best practice standardsBusiness Development & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with referrers and key stakeholdersSupport business growth in partnership with the Brand DirectorRepresent the organisation at networking and industry eventsOperational & Caseload Oversight Monitor and manage caseload allocationEnsure efficient, high-quality service delivery for clients and familiesAudit documentation and maintain accurate recordsCompliance & Regulation Ensure compliance with CQC standards and governance frameworks alongside the Registered ManagerSupport inspection readiness and regulatory requirementsPromote a culture of openness, safeguarding, and continuous improvementAbout YouQualifications: Registered healthcare professional (e.g. OT, Physiotherapist, Nurse, SALT, Social Worker)Member of BABICM / CMSUKExperience:Significant clinical experience in complex care or case management, alongside proven experience in leading or supervising healthcare professionals. A strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding responsibilities, and clinical governance frameworks, and a track record of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams while engaging confidently with a wide range of external stakeholders.Skills & Attributes:Strong leadership and influencing skills, combined with excellent communication and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. A confident decision-maker, able to act decisively in complex situations.
