Non-Motor Personal Injury Case HandlerLocation: Bristol (Hybrid Working)Salary: Up to £27.5k DOEJob Type: Permanent | Full-TimeTSR Legal is delighted to be working with a leading national law firm that is seeking a skilled Non-Motor Personal Injury Case Handler to join its established claimant personal injury team in Bristol.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Handler looking to manage their own caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims within a supportive and highly regarded legal practice.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, handling claims valued up to £25,000 through both the MoJ Portal and non-Portal processes, from pre-litigation through to settlement or litigation where appropriate.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of claimant personal injury files independently.Handle Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims through and outside the MoJ Portal.Progress Fast Track claims efficiently using a case management system.Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third-party solicitors.Ensure compliance with internal service standards and regulatory requirements.Attend regular file review and risk assessment meetings.Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.Maintain accurate records and update case management systems throughout the life of each claim.About YouTo be considered, you should have:Previous experience managing a claimant personal injury caseload.Working knowledge of the MoJ Portal process.Experience handling Fast Track personal injury claims.Familiarity with legal case management systems.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.Excellent communication and client care skills.Sound legal research and analytical abilities.The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team.A Law degree, CILEx qualification or equivalent would be advantageous but is not essential.Working Pattern35 hours per weekMonday to FridayCore working hours between 8:00am and 6:00pmHybrid working available (2 days in the Bristol office and 3 days working from home)BenefitsThe firm offers an excellent benefits package, including:Competitive annual leave entitlementHealth Cash PlanGym and lifestyle benefitsHybrid and flexible workingSmart casual "Dress for Your Day" policyEmployee recognition and referral schemesOngoing training and career development opportunitiesSupport towards further legal qualificationsA genuinely inclusive and supportive working environmentPlease note that any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment screening, including a basic DBS and credit check.If you're a Personal Injury Case Handler looking to join a highly respected firm offering quality work, career progression and flexible working, we'd love to hear from you.For a confidential discussion or to apply, contact Rachel Phillips at TSR Legal today : 02920 388100.TPBN1_UKTJ
