Were a tight-knit team, and wed like to keep it that way which is why this appointment matters.The RoleThis is a genuine career-building role, not just a job title.As one of our Air Conditioning Engineers, youll work alongside our experienced team on a varied and interesting portfolio of projects: commercial air conditioning installations, servicing and maintenance of split and multi-split systems, and VRF/VRV systems across high-end residential and commercial environments.Youll be working with people who care deeply about the standard of their work. Key responsibilities include:Installation and commissioning of split, multi-split and VRF/VRV air conditioning systemsWorking across high-specification residential, commercial and listed propertiesSupporting lead engineers on complex installations and fit-outsRepresenting Heat Sync with the professionalism our clients expectWhat Were Looking ForEssential qualifications & experience:Previous practical hands-on experience with air conditioning systemsFull UK driving licence.CSCS cardDesirable (but not essential):F-Gas certificationAs important as the qualifications are, we hire on character.
