ECHO Personnel is recruiting an experienced Field Service Breakdown Engineer for a well-established industrial engineering company based in Rushden .This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated engineer to join a growing business offering a permanent position within a varied industrial maintenance and breakdown environment.Salary: £35,000 £48,000 per annumKey Responsibilities:Attend customer sites to carry out electrical breakdown repairs, servicing, and maintenanceDiagnose faults using electrical drawings and fault-finding techniquesWork on a wide range of industrial machinery including compactors, balers, shredders, printing presses, extruders, and automated systemsCarry out electrical and mechanical maintenance work efficiently and safelyProvide excellent customer service while representing the business on-siteWork independently to identify issues and restore machinery operationSupport preventative maintenance and servicing activities across multiple industriesRequirements:Previous experience within an industrial maintenance or breakdown engineering environmentStrong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawingsWorking knowledge of PLC systemsKnowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical engineeringAbility to work independently and manage workloads effectivelyExcellent communication and customer service skillsRelevant City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Maintenance EngineeringFull UK Driving LicenceBenefits:25 days holiday plus bank holidaysBupa HealthcareDeath in Service BenefitPermanent and Total Disability BenefitPersonal Accident CoverTravel time paid from home to site and back home in real timeWorking Hours:Monday Friday Day ShiftLocation:Applicants must live within a commutable distance of Rushden, Northamptonshire.If you are interested, please apply by submitting your CV.TPBN1_UKTJ
