This includes leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices across sites, fostering a culture of quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with the Quality Assurance Manager to conduct thorough School Food Reviews across the Chartwells Secondary estate, ensuring continuous improvement in serviceFor each assignment, understand the various risks, processes, controls, IT systems, business performance metrics, operational challenges, and business initiatives.Ensure proper controls and processes are in place for each assignment.Maintain appropriate working papers and evidence to support findings and recommendations.Communicate findings and recommendations concisely and clearly to all levels of management both verbally and in writing. Work with management to develop appropriate solutions and action plans to address recommendations.Meet specific targets set in regards to number of assignments completed within certain timeframes.Develop strong and positive relationships with management and with school catering teams so the Quality Assurance Team are seen as a function to consult with and ask for assistance and guidance when issues arise.The Quality Assurance Team must deliver a value adding service that assist the business to achieve its business objectives.
