Floor Layer (Resin / Screed / PU) Location: North East EnglandJob Type: Full-time (Permanent)Salary: Up to £46800 + vanAbout the Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Floor Layer to join a busy and growing specialist flooring contractor operating across the North East. This role will focus on delivering high-quality resin, screed, and polyurethane (PU) flooring systems across commercial and industrial projects.Key Responsibilities Installation of resin flooring systems (epoxy, PU, etc.)Application of screeds including preparation and finishingWorking with polyurethane (PU) flooring systemsSubfloor preparation - grinding, priming, levellingDelivering high-quality finishes in line with project specificationsWorking across a range of commercial and industrial sitesAdhering to health & safety standards at all timesRequirements Proven experience in resin flooring, screeding, and PU systemsStrong understanding of surface preparation and application techniquesAbility to work independently and within a teamHigh attention to detail and strong work ethicCSCS card (preferred)Full UK driving licence (preferred)What's on Offer Strong pipeline of ongoing workOpportunity to work on specialist, technical projectsSupportive and professional working environmentHow to Apply If you have experience in resin, screeding, and PU flooring and are looking for your next opportunity in the North East, get in touch to find out moreTPBN1_UKTJ
