Reach Truck Driver (Temp to Perm) Coventry CV7Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a leading warehouse operation based in Coventry (CV7) .This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering competitive pay, weekly wages, and long-term career prospects.If you have a valid Reach Truck licence and solid warehouse experience, we'd love to hear from you!The RoleAs a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring products are stored and retrieved accurately while maintaining high health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse.Picking and replenishing stock from racking locations.Completing daily equipment safety checks.Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.Following all company health and safety procedures.Candidate RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:A valid Reach Truck licence (essential).A minimum of 18 months' Reach Truck driving experience .Previous warehouse experience.A strong understanding of warehouse health and safety.Good attention to detail and accuracy.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.A reliable and flexible approach to work.Counterbalance experience is advantageous but not essential.Shift PatternsRotating Shifts Week 1Monday to Thursday: 6:00am 2:00pmFriday: 6:00am 1:10pmWeek 2Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm 10:00pmFriday: 1:10pm 6:30pmNight Shift Sunday to Thursday10:00pm 6:00amPay Rates Rotating Shifts: £14.07 per hourNight Shift: £15.07 per hourBenefits Temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeksWeekly payCompetitive hourly ratesBonus schemeFree on-site parkingCompany pension schemeImmediate starts availableLong-term career opportunitiesApply TodayIf you're an experienced Reach Truck Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent rates of pay, apply today!??
