With an exemplary market reputation for securing landmark victories, this practice is experiencing strong market growth.As a Senior Associate, you will take immediate conduct of an active caseload. The workload has high-value claimant-side litigation for senior executives, directors, and high-net-worth professionals across the financial, legal, and tech sectors as well as a high volume element of lower value claims.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Contentious Litigation: Leading complex Employment Tribunal and High Court claims.
