The business is now recruiting for a for an experienced and technically-driven 3rd Line Support Analyst, as they continue to grow their operations team in Glasgow.You will act as the highest level of technical escalation within the support function, tasked with diagnosing and resolving issues across infrastructure, cloud and networking as they arise.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting challenging issues, driving continuous improvement and working with modern cloud and data centre technologies.Key Responsibilities:Handling technical incidents and service requests.Resolving infrastructure, server, storage, virtualisation, and networking issues.Support and maintain cloud and hosted customer environments.Co-ordinating and owning support tickets, ensuring service levels are maintainedMaintenance of core service platforms, including patching and incident resolutionLiaising with 3rd party vendors and customersCreating and maintaining technical documentationTechnical Skills & Experience (A blend of):Physical troubleshooting and installation skills across predominantly Windows serversExperience with storage platforms and backup technologiesVMware or Hyper-V expertiseNetworking and Firewall experience across Cisco and FortigateExperience working within ITIL-based service environmentsDesirable:Experience of working within an MSPLinux administration experience.Experience supporting enterprise cloud platforms.Veeam Backup & Replication.If you're a highly skilled infrastructure professional looking to play a key role within one of Scotland's leading technology and data centre organisations, please forward an updated CV toReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
