With the launch of their new world-class facility, we're seeking talented individuals to join them on this exciting journey.We are recruiting a Maintenance & Facilities Engineer to join the team to support and maintain the high-tech facilities in their purpose built site in Basingstoke.Why to apply for the role of Maintenance & Facilities Engineer?Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm25 days holiday 3 for Christmas shutdownBirthday off as an additional dayHealthcare and cash planEnhanced maternity and paternity payEV car scheme&&& moreThe responsibilities of the new Maintenance & Facilities Engineer will include:Deliver site compliance and maintenance activities, including: Legionella L8 flushing, dosing, and samplingF-Gas management and support for contractor-led repairsLEV system coordination and maintenanceWaste stream handling and site issue resolutionAddressing environmental and safety-related physical hazardsPAT testing and asset record maintenancePerform hands-on maintenance and repair of facility services and equipmentSupervise third-party contractors and issue Permits to Work (PTW)Use a CMMS system to develop and maintain a robust schedule of worksWork closely with site teams to prioritise tasks and escalate where neededBuild and maintain strong working relationships with local contractors and service providersManage purchasing processes while keeping costs within budgetAssist in equipment installations and facility relocations across the groupWe are looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Engineer with the following skills and experience:Experience in a Facilities Engineer or maintenance role with an electrical focus18th Edition qualificationIOSH certificateAbility to manage multiple sites and stakeholdersFull UK driving licence (occasional travel to other sites required)If you're interested in joining this company as a Maintenance & Facilities Engineer , APPLY NOW!
