Our client is a global provider of services across the creative and media industries. As the organisation continues to grow, they are investing in strengthening their People function to ensure efficient, high-quality HR support across their UK operations. This role will be providing consistent, responsive, and compliant people services on the ground in their Brighton offices, being the face of the day to day HR support for all stakeholders.About the RoleThe People Advisor plays a key role in delivering operational HR support, ensuring employee processes run smoothly through systems such as Workday. This position focuses on handling employee queries, supporting core HR processes, and maintaining accurate data and compliance standards. You'll be the go to person for initial HR queries, whilst having the support of the wider People team with any escalations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update Workday, ensuring accurate and timely data managementManage and respond to HR queries via a centralised inbox, escalating where necessaryProduce reports and analyse HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesManage queries through the Workday case management system within SLAsSupport onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and general HR administrationAssist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and managing documentationSupport employee relations matters where requiredMaintain HR documentation, policies, and templates in line with legislationEnsure compliance with HR administration processes (personnel files, contracts, absence tracking, etc.)Conduct Right to Work checks and ensure visa compliancePromote employee self-service tools and HR systems usageCollaborate with internal HR teams to resolve complex or policy-related queriesSupport performance management and employee development processesAbout YouWe're looking for a proactive and organised HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high volume of varied tasks. You'll be someone who is confident working with senior level stakeholders and has high attention to detail. You'll be in the office with the team 2-3 days a week, so you need to be someone who is happy to be hands on!Candidate Requirements2-4 years' experience in a Human Resources roleExperience using Workday (including case management and self-service tools)Degree in a relevant field or CIPD qualification (preferred)Strong IT skills, including Google Suite and ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levelsStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectivelyFlexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamCommitted to continuous learning and professional developmentFluent in English (additional languages are advantageous)The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
