Maintenance Technician

Hours are 06:00 14:00 and 14:00 midnight on a rotational shift basis.Role and ResponsibilitiesRespond to and diagnose equipment breakdownsResolve facility issues and action repairsControl maintenance tools, stores and equipmentComply to all current and future health and safety legislationCarry out/participate in root cause analysis as requiredEnsure PM records are maintained and updatedWork with site operations management as required to help new and develop, existing processes/equipmentQualifications and experience RequirementsDemonstrate Electrical and mechanical competence through certificationPrevious experience of a preventative maintenance backgroundProven experience of supporting a plant within a process or production environmentPreferred SkillsFlexibility essential business needs may dictate periods of time to be spent at Tewkesbury siteUnderstanding of RAs, SSOW & COSHHKnowledge of 3 phase power systemsExperience of compressed air and vacuum systemsExtrusion knowledge,Ability to read and understand schematicsMotor and gearbox awarenessPC literateTPBN1_UKTJ
