We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.What you'll be working:Full-time - 37.63 hoursWe have both day and night shifts available£25,292.00 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata)What you'll be doing:Support our patients with all their personal care needs, which include washing, dressing, and toileting. and nutritional needs.Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in the achievement of their planned outcomes.Build relationships with patients which are open and two-waySupport patients to undertake their rehabilitation programmeEstablish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessaryCommunicate any issues to the clinical teamAccurately report and/or record work activitiesWhat you'll have:Flexible workingA passion for carePrevious experience in care is desirable. Full training provided.Must be able to support service users with all activities of daily living such as washing, dressing, personal care and moving and handling.We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
