Assistant Showroom Manager Cheltenham | £32,000 + Staff Discount + Great BenefitsLooking for your next retail management role?We're recruiting on behalf of a successful, well-established retail business in Cheltenham that prides itself on outstanding customer service, quality products and a friendly, supportive team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take the next step or continue their retail management career.This is a 12 Month FTC with an immediate start available.What you'll be doing as an Assistant Showroom Manager You'll support the Showroom Manager with the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring every customer receives an excellent shopping experience while helping the team achieve sales targets.Your role will include:Supporting the Showroom Manager and leading the showroom in their absenceDriving sales and delivering exceptional customer serviceCoaching, motivating and supporting a team of 5-6 colleaguesManaging customer orders, appointments, deliveries and paymentsHelping with rotas, training and team performanceMaintaining excellent showroom presentation and stock controlWhat we're looking for in the Assistant Showroom Manager You'll ideally have:Retail management, assistant management or supervisory experienceA passion for delivering outstanding customer serviceA proactive, sales-focused approachExperience leading, motivating or coaching a retail teamStrong organisation and attention to detailConfidence working in a busy customer-facing environmentWhat's on offer?
