We are looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and appetite to learn, who we can develop into an excellent specialist recruiter through a structured two-year programme.The RoleThe Delivery Consultant is a specialist 180-degree recruitment role, focused entirely on managing the end-to-end candidate process from initial sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding.You will work alongside our Account Managers to resource live jobs for existing clients, taking ownership of candidate identification, qualification, and preparation. From the outset, you will be coached directly by the Managing Director and follow a structured two-year development programme covering every stage of the recruitment lifecycle and building the knowledge, habits, and relationships that underpin a long-term career in specialist recruitment.As you develop, you will take ownership of an assigned job function and industry group within the construction sector, building a candidate network that is genuinely yours to grow.Progression to Senior Delivery Consultant is available to anyone who achieves the required performance objectives across any two consecutive quarters.
