Stable, long-established business with excellent career prospectsThe Role As a Sheet Metal Welder / Fabricator , youll be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components for both prototype and low-volume production work. Youll work from detailed engineering drawings to manufacture precision parts that meet exact customer specifications.Your Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble sheet metal componentsCarry out high-quality TIG and MIG weldingRead and interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsOperate press brakes, laser cutting equipment, and fabrication machineryWork with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steelEnsure work meets strict quality standards, including ISO 9001 and AS9100What Were Looking For Were looking for someone with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication who enjoys producing precision work to the highest standards.Ideally youll have:Proven experience in thin gauge TIG and MIG weldingSheet metal fabrication experienceThe ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsDesirable Skills Experience within prototype or low-volume manufacturingKnowledge of laser cutting or CNC machineryUnderstanding of tight tolerance manufacturing and inspection processesCity & Guilds qualifications in Welding & Fabrication or an Engineering Apprenticeship (advantageous)If youre an experienced Sheet Metal Welder / Fabricator looking to join a company that invests in its people, offers varied and technically challenging work, and provides genuine long-term career opportunities, wed love to hear from you.Apply today through 3Sixty Talent Management and take the next step in your engineering career!TPBN1_UKTJ
