Job Title: Assembly OperativeLocation: St NeotsShift: 08.00- 16.00 (7am-3pm Friday)Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking a motivated Assembly Operative to work with an established manufacturing client in St NeotsThe successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products and components to a high standard, following technical drawings and work instructions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble parts and components according to production specifications.Carry out quality checks on finished products.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Report any faults or defects to the team leader or supervisor.Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.Work at pace whilst maintaining quality.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in an assembly, production, or manufacturing environment preferred (training can be provided).Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace.Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.Be a team playerBenefits: Onsite parking.
