Templegate Recruitment Specialist Recruiters in Financial ServicesJob Title: Employed Financial AdviserLocation: Derby (Office-Based Initially, Hybrid Working Available After Successful Probation Period)Salary: £36,000 £45,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped CommissionBenefits:Uncapped commission with no thresholdWarm review opportunities and existing client opportunitiesAdvice opportunities across pensions, investments, protection, and mortgages20 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysAdditional annual leave entitlement awarded for each completed year of serviceWorkplace pension schemeSupportive and growing business environmentHybrid working available after approximately six months, subject to performance and business needsFree on-site parkingAbout the Company:Our client is a growing and established financial planning business based in Derby, providing advice across pensions, investments, protection, and mortgages.This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Financial Adviser in the early stages of their advisory career who is looking to develop their client relationships, increase their earnings, and build a long-term career within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.The business operates a streamlined and efficient model, allowing advisers to focus on delivering quality client outcomes while managing their own advice process with the support of established internal systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:Provide holistic financial planning advice to clientsConduct client review meetings and identify suitable advice opportunitiesAdvise across pensions, investments, protection, and mortgage solutionsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsGenerate new business opportunities through client engagement and referralsManage the end-to-end advice process, including fact-finding, suitability discussions, and implementationComplete your own administration and pre-planning activities using the firm's internal systemsMaintain regulatory compliance and high professional standards at all timesContribute to the continued growth and success of the businessWhat Were Looking For:Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)Previous experience as a Financial Adviser, ideally around one year or more in an advisory roleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCommercially minded with a genuine desire to grow earnings and develop within the businessSelf-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeedComfortable managing your own administration and workflowProfessional, personable, and client-focused approachAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team environmentDesirable Skills:Experience advising on pensions, investments, protection, and mortgagesPrevious experience within a wealth management or financial planning environmentExposure to telephone-based advice modelsExperience working within a sales-focused advisory roleBackground with major financial advice firms, including St. James's Place (SJP), will be consideredHow to Apply: Interested?
