FinanceandOperationsDirectorBarberMcLellandareworkingasanexclusiverecruitmentpartnerforaleadingprofessional servicesfirmbasedinNorthSheffield.Thebusinessislookingforanexperienced,commerciallyastute, qualifiedfinanceprofessionalfortheFinanceandOperationsDirectorrole.TheFinanceandOperationsDirectorwillbepartofthebusiness'sSeniorLeadershipTeam andworkcloselywiththepartnershipgrouptohelpdeliverthepracticesstrategicvisionfor thefutureandtoleadandoverseethebusiness'sfinancefunction.The Duties for the role of Finance and Operations Director willinclude:Toprovidesupportingrowingthebusinessanddeliveringthefirm'sstrategicvisionforthefutureLeadonallfinancialaspectsofthebusinessToleadonallHRmatters,thisisdesirablebutnotessentialTosupporttheSeniorLeadershipteamonQualityManagementandGovernanceReviewexistingsystemsandprocesseswithinthebusinessandleadachangemanagement programmetoimproveanddevelopthebusinesstomeetthefirm'sstrategicobjectives.Provideadviceandsupporttoanewlycreateddivision,providingstrategicand commercialsupportingrowingandscalingthisdivisionOverallresponsibilityoftheFinanceTeam,ITandBusinessManagerProductionofannualfinancialstatementsforsubmissiontoCompaniesHouseStrategicdevelopmentofthefinancefunction,includingreviewinginvoicing, WIP,anddebtorpoliciesandproceduresSupervisingtheproductionofmonthlymanagementaccountsandnon-financialKPIsManagebudgetandcostbaseChairingandattendingBoardandManagementmeetingsSkillsandQualitiesThesuccessfulFinance and Operations Director willbeCIMA/ACAorACCAqualified, withsufficientexperience inoperatingasnumberoneinfinance,andwill demonstratecommercialandoperationalsuccessinpreviousrolesHaveacomprehensiveunderstandingofaccountingprinciples,statutorycompliance taxation,andfinancialreportingstandardsProvencapabilityinaligningfinancialstrategiesandbusinessgoalstosupport sustainablegrowthandprofitabilityHavetheabilitytoswiftlyidentifyfinancialchallenges,analyseproblemsthoroughly, andimplementsolutionsSalaryandBenefitsSalaryfrom£75,000-£85,000ExcellentbenefitspackageTPBN1_UKTJ
