Full Job DescriptionHead of Ecommerce & Digital GrowthMiddlesbrough (Hybrid)£45,000-£50,000 + Performance Bonus (OTE £55,000) + Hybrid Working + Career ProgressionAre you an ambitious Ecommerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing Manager looking for the opportunity to take ownership of an entire ecommerce function, driving online sales and digital growth for a rapidly expanding sportswear brand with genuine progression into senior leadership?On offer is the opportunity to join a fast-growing bespoke sportswear business supplying over 400 clubs, schools and organisations across the UK and internationally. With ambitious expansion plans, including new product launches and international growth, you'll take ownership of the company's ecommerce and digital marketing strategy while helping shape the future of the business.In this role, you'll lead the growth of the Shopify ecommerce platform, improving customer journeys, conversion rates and online revenue while managing paid media, SEO, email marketing and social campaigns.
