Project Manager (Engineering / Manufacturing)Are you an early-career engineer or project professional ready to take the next step? You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.The RoleManage multiple engineering projects from initiation through to completionPlan timelines, coordinate resources, and support project delivery and installationsAct as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycleBuild strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior managementAttend site visits, support installations, and meet with clientsMonitor progress, identify risks, and ensure projects remain on trackCollaborate with internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operationsAbout YouUp to 1 year of experience in a project, engineering, or manufacturing environmentDegree (minimum 2:2) in Mechanical Engineering or a related disciplineBasic practical engineering knowledge (through education, placements, or early career experience)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalCustomer-focused with some client-facing experienceHighly organised with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressureStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetCommercial awareness alongside technical understandingProficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systemsFull UK driving licence (desirable)What's on OfferEarly responsibility managing your own projectsExposure to real-world engineering challenges and high-profile clientsHands-on experience across manufacturing and installation processesOpportunities for site visits and client interactionOngoing training and development to support your career progressionA supportive and collaborative team environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
