Hampton Care Home is a spacious, purpose-built home in the London suburb of Hampton, providing high-quality nursing, dementia, palliative and short-term care for up to 76 residents. Set across three floors with generous ensuite bedrooms, dedicated staff teams and secure landscaped gardens, the home offers a safe, supportive and welcoming environment designed for comfort, dignity and quality of life.As Clinical Lead, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager in the daily operations of our care home, leading a committed team with enthusiasm and dedication.
