If so, please read on...Core duties include:Full SAP responsibilities (not just switching), including: HV switching, isolations, earthing, LOTOPermits to Work / Sanctions for TestSafety from the system (incl. SF6 GIS)Review/approval of RAMS, switching programmes, energisation plansCoordination with DNO/ICP, EPC and commissioning teamsGrid connection testing (SCADA coordination) and G99 complianceHV troubleshooting (relays, switchgear, protection systems)Essential requirements:33 kV SAP authorisation (mandatory) with recognised HV switching competencyProven experience under UK HV Safety RulesAuthorised by / acceptable to relevant DNOs (e.g. Northern Powergrid, UK Power Networks, National Grid ESO) and able to operate under DNO/ICP/site rulesCSCS/ECS, HV medical, HVSAP, First AidWorking knowledge of CDM 2015Desirable (not essential) requirements:66 kV / 132 kV authorisationsAP15 / Authorised Person (HV)IOSH qualificationSSSTS or SMSTSNEBOSHOEM/GIS (SF6) trainingStrong fault-finding and experience with complex/staged energisation (Solar + BESS)If this sounds like a good fit for you, please get in touch with Kate Blackwell at JAM Recruitment ASAP!TPBN1_UKTJ
