You'll work in and around the Leeds area, helping individuals live more independently while delivering person-centred care and encouragement.Responsibilities Supporting clients with daily living tasks and personal care according to individual needsEncouraging independence and positive choicesAssisting with medication where trainedBuilding positive relationships with clients and colleaguesAdapting to different care environments across various settingsSkills and Experience Minimum of six months' experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, or physical disabilitiesA full driver's licence is an advantage but not essentialMedications training is useful—if you don't have this, training will be providedEligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not offered)Reliability, flexibility, and a compassionate, proactive approach to careLocation and Package Role based in Scarborough, with clients located in and around the Leeds areaContract/agency position with flexible hours to fit your lifestyleIf you're passionate about care and looking for a flexible opportunity to develop your career while making a genuine difference, this Support Worker position is for you.
