Nails Tutor

Based on-site at HMP Foston Hall we are looking for a Vocational Nails/Beauty Tutor to work with our management team and other PeoplePlus staff to familiarise themselves with the curriculum and individual schemes of learning. Within your role you will provide cover to small groups of prison-based learners across a range of subjects. You will support with the development of skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.Our Tutors ensure that the appropriate training plans are in place and that the advice and guidance is given when required while ensuring they deliver the highest level of quality courses that engage with the learners and help them to reach their potential.What are we looking for?Nails/Beauty QualificationAn expert in your field with substantial experienceExperience of delivering trainingA teaching or assessing qualification is desirableAbility to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners along with flexibility to deliver qualifications across a variety of subjectsIf you dont currently hold a teaching or assessing qualification, we are able to support you through the appropriate qualifications and assessments, as part of your probationary period.For full details of the role and the person specification please review the job description or if you would like to speak to the recruitment team before you apply, please email any questions to the careers team at PeoplePlus and one of the team will come back to you.
