Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a CNC Setter/Operator to work in LiverpoolJob Details:Pay: Competitive Basic SalaryHours of Work - 35.25 hours per weekWeek One Mon - Wed (06:05-17:50) (Working 11.75 hrs per day)Week Two Thu - Sat (06:05-17:50) (Working 11.75 hrs per day)Duration: PermanentBenefits: Ride to work scheme (after 6 months service), breakdown cover, access to employee assistance programme including remote GP appointments and mental health support, high street discounts and perks portal, x4 salary life assurance, auto enrolment pension (5% employee / 4% employer), 15 shift holidays (equivalent to 25 days per year) rising with service, medical coverJob Role: The CNC Setter/Operator will be responsible for setting and operating Fanuc controlled CNC lathes and vertical machining centres, as well as multi-axis turn/mill machining centres to manufacture high-precision components. The CNC Setter/Operator will work with stainless steels and heat resistant super alloys. Working from detailed engineering drawings, the CNC Setter/Operator will utilise probing systems, CMM, and optical inspection equipment to maintain fine tolerances.
